A free estimate is part of our service. As we go over the areas of your home in the free estimate,it is written down exactly what cleaning products you are currently using as well as  areas you would like to have  more attention directed to. So that we both know exactly what needs  are and what is to be done with each visit.You receive a three page list of our services that we check off  every time, so that everything is done to your satisfaction.  This list is left with every cleaning job so we can keep track of what was done and you can too.

Our cleaning service  is offered:

    * weekly
    * bi-weekly
    * or monthly  

We are able to provide an excellent quality vacuum, mop, and all cleaning products. We start about 8:30 and are generally finished by 3pm. We do not offer any cleaning service on holidays or weekends.
 
For regular house cleaning, most of our Clients provide us with a copy of their house key. We have a key tagging system so that your key is not labeled with your name or address. If you choose to be home on cleaning day to let us in, our policy is to charge a Lockout Fee of 50% of your cleaning cost if we are unable to enter your home at your scheduled cleaning time.
 
Do we bring products & equipment?
For regular service we could use your vacuum cleaner/central vac, or ours with a hepa filter and preferred cleaning  products. We find that people tend to favour particular products and scents, so we  can use what you have. We can certainly offer suggestions and are happy to advise you on what products to select for the specific cleaning needs of your home. We do bring microfibre cleaning cloths, scrub brushes, or other tools required. You don’t have to supply cloths or paper towels, and all the dirty cloths go out your door when we do.
 
How can I pay?
Payment for regular house cleaning service is due on your cleaning day. We accept personal cheques or you can complete  an online Interac Payment . Payment is processed in full after your clean has been completed that day.
 
Is there a contract?
You do not sign a contract that locks you into a long term agreement with us. We have a Service Agreement of our policies which you can review before deciding to start any services with us. This document states our policies and procedures on a variety of topics, such as alarm systems, NSF cheques, and cancellation notice.

 
We Offer a “Detail-Cleaning” Approach To Cleaning Your Home.


   To ensure your home stays its’ cleanest and always looks its’ best, we have developed our own system.

How it works: The first 2 cleanings of your home focuses on a detailed cleaning of your Kitchen and Bathrooms.  The rest of your home is given a general, but thorough cleaning.

After these first 2 visits, we begin detail-cleaning (moving  and cleaning under your bedroom and living furniture), room by room, along with thoroughly cleaning the rest of your home.

By the 6th cleaning, we will have completed a Detail-Clean in every room / area of your home.

From then on, we follow the system outlined below to ensure your home stays its’ cleanest and always looks its’ best!

In addition to the duties we perform every time we clean, we Detail-Clean specific rooms / areas of your home on an ongoing, rotating basis.
